The cell conducts various training programs, workshops, and seminars to prepare students for campus placements. They also invite renowned companies to conduct placement drives on the campus. MM Polytechnic has a good placement record, and many students have secured jobs in top companies in various industries.

Dhanashree Ghare is working as a Counsellor at Marathwada Mitra Mandal group of institutes. She has a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Pune and an additional Master’s and Specialist degree in School Psychology from the University of Dayton, USA. She is a trained Pranayam instructor and practices mindfulness based counseling techniques. Her focus is on the holistic development of students.
