Industrial Excellence Meets Student Innovation
Ms. Sanchita Kakad, while pursuing her internship at Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd., represented the company at the Presentation Competition organized by the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Pune Chapter. The prestigious event was conducted at the Quality Circle Excellence Centre (QCEC), Pune on 18 July 2026.
Representing Team “Avengers”, she presented the improvement project titled “Elimination of Altroz LH Pad Rejection and Rework”. The team’s systematic problem-solving approach, technical analysis, and innovative quality improvement practices impressed the judges, earning them the coveted Gold Award.
This remarkable achievement reflects the strong industry exposure, technical competence, and professional skills developed by MM Polytechnic students through experiential learning and industry internships.
