First Parents Meeting SYEJ Students
Strengthening collaboration between parents and faculty through academic review, student performance monitoring, guidance and meaningful communication.
The Electronics Department of Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Polytechnic conducted the first Parents Meeting for Second Year SYEJ students on 19 August 2026. The meeting brought together parents, concerned faculty members, the Principal and the Head of Department to discuss academic progress, student performance, discipline and the academic schedule for 2026–27.

Purpose of the Parents Meeting
The meeting was organized to establish effective communication between parents and the Electronics Department and to provide parents with an overview of their ward’s academic progress, classroom performance, behaviour and overall development. The meeting also provided an opportunity for parents to interact directly with the Principal, HOD, class teachers and subject teachers and clarify their queries.

Academic Calendar 2026–27
The academic calendar and forthcoming academic schedule were discussed with parents to help them understand the academic activities planned for the year.
Academic & Class Test Performance
The previous academic year’s results and the Class Test 1 performance of students were discussed with the parents.
Student Behaviour & Ethics
Parents were guided regarding student behaviour, discipline and the ethical practices that students should follow within the college premises.
Overall Student Performance
The overall performance and development of students were discussed with parents to encourage continuous academic and personal improvement.
Parent Queries & Doubts
Parents were given an opportunity to raise their queries and clarify doubts with class teachers and subject teachers.
Academic Guidance & Student Development
Principal Madam Dr. G. S. Joshi and HOD Prof. P. S. Bhore presented the further academic schedule and guided parents regarding the academic journey of their wards.
Parent–Faculty Interaction
The meeting provided a platform for parents to interact with the concerned teaching staff and understand the academic progress and overall performance of their wards.
Class teachers and subject teachers addressed the queries and doubts raised by parents, helping establish a stronger communication channel between the institution and families.
Such interaction supports early identification of academic or behavioural concerns and encourages parents and faculty to work together towards the student’s academic success and overall development.
