5-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP)
A report is hereby submitted on the Five-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP) attended by the faculty members of the Electronics Engineering, Automation & Robotics, Mechatronics, and Electrical Engineering Departments of our institute at Scientech Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Indore, conducted from 23rd June 2026 to 27th June 2026. The program was organized to enhance technical knowledge and practical skills in emerging industrial technologies.
⚙️ Key Training Modules & Practical Exposure
PLC & Industrial Automation
Hands-on ladder logic programming using standard logic gates (AND, OR, NAND, NOR, NOT) and NO/NC contacts. Programs were compiled and downloaded to PLC hardware with visual output verification through linked HMI interfaces.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology
Explored EV construction using two-wheeler and four-wheeler test benches. In-depth analysis of BLDC motor operation, motor controllers, battery packs, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and charging infrastructure integration.
PCB Manufacturing & Assembly
Industrial tour of the PCB fabrication facility. Observed surface/through-hole mounting, precision soldering, component assembly, quality control testing, and industrial inspection procedures.
Drone Technology & Aviation
Studied core drone mechanics including flight controllers, ESCs, BLDC motors, GPS, and power units. Practiced flight control via simulators before performing physical calibration and flight operations.
