Industrial Visit to IFEX 2026 – Mechatronics Students

Second Year Mechatronics Engineering students of Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Polytechnic successfully completed an industrial visit to the prestigious IFEX 2026 (22nd International Exhibition) held on 13th February 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Goregaon, Mumbai.

IFEX (International Exhibition on Foundry Technology, Equipment, Supplies, and Services) is one of India’s leading trade fairs dedicated to the metal casting and foundry automation industry. The exhibition provided students with valuable exposure to modern industrial practices, advanced technologies, and real-time applications in manufacturing and automation.

During the visit, students explored various exhibits showcasing innovative machinery, automation solutions, and cutting-edge foundry techniques. The experience enhanced their understanding of industrial workflows and bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical applications.
