Department of Automation & Robotics Engineering

The Department of Automation and Robotics Engineering was established in the academic year 2024–25 at Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Polytechnic with an approved intake of 60 students. The program is approved by AICTE, recognized by the Government of Maharashtra (DTE), and affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE).

Automation and robotics are transforming modern industries through intelligent manufacturing, precision control systems, and smart production environments. As a core driver of Industry 4.0, robotics enables the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced control technologies into real-world industrial applications.

This multidisciplinary program integrates both hardware and software competencies including:
