TRAINING & PLACEMENT Dept.
It gives me an immense pleasure to introduce you to our College Placement Cell.
Well, I am Pratima Patil acting as a Training & Placement Officer in Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Polytechnic. I am Responsible for the overall training and Placement of our students.
The Training & Placement Cell takes up the role of facilitator between potential employers and students. It ensures that the students get information on companies and sectors of their interest. The Training & Placement Committee makes pitches to new companies and makes them aware of rapid developments helping in our Institute. Guest lectures & Industry interface sessions are hosted by the placement Committee. It also ensures that the students get the summer training programme in Excellent Companies on Project that provides good exposure and learning. The cell organizes pre placement workshops for enhancing the technical and soft skills of students by inviting prominent HR consultants and senior executive/ technocrats from leading industries. Students are encouraged to take up practical training and gather hands-on experience on the real life applications
I wish the on-campus recruitment programme a great success and shall always look forward for mutually beneficial relationships with the recruiters of our graduates.
